Step 4: Wait for Validation

You will receive an email confirming that your submission is being processed
Step 5: Check the Status of Your Submission
You can check the status of your submission on the Sales Tax Settings page. The statuses you might see include:

Approved: Your tax exemption has been confirmed.

In Review: Your submission is still being processed.

Rejected: There’s an issue with your certificate. Please contact us for assistance.
Step 6: Update or Renew Your Certificate

If your tax information or exemption status changes, come back to this page to update or renew your certificate.
