Original Supplies ships to every corner of the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that restrictions apply on certain products, as noted at the time of purchase. Original Supplies offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders. We also offer express second-day or overnight shipping for an additional charge.
Original Supplies offers a full refund on unopened and undamaged returns within 30 days of the purchase date, after receiving a return confirmation. All other returns — opened items and returns made after 30 days of the purchase date — are handled on a case-by-case basis. A restocking and/or return shipping fee may apply. You will need a copy of your Supplies Status Page as well as pictures of the damaged item and/or defect. Keep all original packaging materials in case the item needs to be returned. Wait for an Original Supplies return authorization before returning an item. Products returned without authorization will be denied.
Returning/Replacing A Defective Item
Log in to your account on Original Supplies.
Go to the ‘My Account’ menu and select ‘Complete Orders’.
Locate the order you would like to return and select ‘Return Item(s)’.
Fill out the request form.
An Original Supplies representatives will reach out within 24 hours with the next step.
When returning your item, please allow for shipping time, warehouse processing, and returns processing. We will inspect your return and process your refund or store credit within five business days of delivery in most cases. Please reach out if you have not heard back from us within this time.
